Parts Return Process
If you are not happy with your purchase -- for any reason -- we will gladly accept returns. Only item(s) you return to us within 30 days of the purchase date will be considered for a refund. Please secure the contents of the package you are returning for the full retail value and keep all shipping receipts, as we cannot be responsible for returned lost in transit.
Credit will be issued to the original payment method used to purchase the item(s). Credits are processed when we receive the returned item(s). Please allow up to two billing cycles for the return credit to appear on your original used payment methods statement.
How to request a return:
If you are a registered user, after logging in, simply navigate to the Order History page and click the Start a Return button displayed next to all orders eligible for Return.
If you haven't registered yet, you still can find your order and request a return online using our
Track Order
Search.
Send the item(s) back to the address which will be provided in the return approval or bring it back to the dealer you purchased from.
