  • John Deere mulching systems use durable blades designed to chop grass into very small particles. The mulch that is distributed across the lawn will turn to feed, eliminating the need for bagging. This improves efficiency by reducing cleanup time.
  • This is a high-performance mulching attachment that includes a mulch plug and special mulching blades.
  • The blades included are designed to work with or without the StarLock™ blade mounting system used on the 42-in. (107-cm) Mower Deck
  • They can also be used on the 42-in. (107-cm) Mower Deck without the StarLock system for LT Series Tractors.
  • The special mulching blades included can be used for side discharging, although the overall cut quality may decline slightly.
