- John Deere OEM grain tank loading augers provide lower radius loss over time. The flight radius is the leading indicator of when an auger may need to be replaced. Having excessive wear on the flight edge can lead to lower performance and an increase in grain damage while also increasing power to move grain.
- Lower edge flighting thickness loss over time. When flighting wears, the diameter of the auger is also reduced, which creates more of a gap between the auger housing and auger flighting, leading to increased grain damage.
