  • DiamondTough™ 1-ply baler belts are made with advanced technology and materials, designed to withstand the rigors of hay production in any crop or field condition. Our belts have a superior 1-ply design that eliminates the risk of delamination caused by multiple rubber layers. Unlike our competitors’ 3-ply design, we offer a larger single channel for our patented triple-weave technology. The three-step diamond tread design provides both built-in wear indicators and self-cleaning characteristics. As the diamond tread moves over the rollers, it stretches the concave, which releases the dirt and debris that could be trapped inside.
