Parts Return Policy

Parts identified as “Eligible for Return” on the Part Product Page are eligible for refund within 30 days of invoicing. Returned Parts must be returned in new condition and in its original packaging with all paperwork including manuals, assembly instructions and your packing slip.

Parts must be returned in person to the dealer listed on your e-commerce invoice. Return eligibility & processing will be verified by the dealer at time of return.

We can refund shipping charges only if the return is a result of our error or a damage product.

Parts Return Process

If you are a registered user, after logging in, simply navigate to the Order History page and click the Start a Return button displayed next to all orders eligible for Return.
If you haven't registered yet, you still can find your order and request a return online using our
Track Order Search.

Parts Warranty

All John Deere parts come with at minimum a 6-month warranty from time of delivery. Parts installed by a John Deere Dealer come with a 12 month warranty. For more details, please contact your dealer.

Core Return Information

A Core refers to the used or failed component utilized in the remanufacturing process. Returning Cores is vital to ensuring the continued availability of remanufactured products while also reducing waste and supporting the overall sustainability of our environment. When the old part is returned to your John Deere dealer, they will refund you the appropriate core charge associated with this part. 

Core Credit Evaluation Criteria - Core return amount is based on the condition of the component being returned:

100%
Component is complete and assembled with no visible external damage (non cosmetic damage such as a hole or crack). Engines and fuel pumps: shafts must rotate 360 degrees upon inspection.
 

50%
Component is complete and assembled but has visible external damage (hole or crack). Engine and fuel pumps: shafts will not rotate 360 degrees upon inspection. Electronic components: tamper seal has been broken ( include All Parts: Excess fluids beyond residual levels).

Component is disassembled and/or is missing major components and/or has been damaged by water or fire.
