Warranty & Return Policy
Parts Return Process
If you are not happy with your purchase – for any reason – we will gladly accept returns. Without limiting your statutory rights under the Australian Consumer Law (which are discussed below), you may return items to the selling dealer within 30 days for a full refund, subject to our Terms and Conditions.
The dealer may inspect the part before accepting the return. A return may be refused if the part has been damaged after delivery and there is no defect or other failure to comply with the Australian Consumer Law.
If a return is accepted, any refund will be made to the original payment method used to purchase the part. Refund processing times may vary depending on your financial institution.
Faulty, damaged or incorrectly supplied parts
If a part is faulty, damaged when supplied, incorrectly supplied or otherwise fails to comply with a consumer guarantee under the Australian Consumer Law, please contact the selling dealer to request an appropriate remedy. Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. Your rights under those guarantees apply in addition to this return policy and are not limited by whether a part is marked as returnable on Shop.Deere.com. If there is a major failure, you may be entitled to reject the goods and choose a refund or replacement, or retain the goods and recover compensation for the reduction in value. For a failure that is not major, the dealer may choose to repair or replace the part or provide a refund within a reasonable time.
How to request a return
If you are a registered user, log in and navigate to Order History, then select Start a Return next to the eligible order.
If you purchased as a guest, locate your order through Track Order and follow the return instructions.
Return the part in accordance with the return approval instructions or take it to the dealer from whom it was purchased. Please retain proof that the part was returned.
