How do I return an item from my order?

No returns unless damaged or wrong item was sent.

Can I cancel my order?
Orders can be cancelled only when the ordering period is still open. After the ordering period has closed orders cannot be cancelled.

How long will it take for a refund to show on my credit card account when I return an item?
If return criteria is met, refunds take up to 2 billing cycles.

Who do I contact with questions about merchandise or about my order?
For questions related to products available on this site, instructions on how to place an order, or questions regarding an outstanding order, please call us at 1-800-537-8233 Monday - Friday from 8am - 7pm EST.

Does John Deere Store ship outside the United States?
Not at this time.

Can I have an order shipped to a P.O. Box or APO military address?
Not at this time.

Can we have the items customized?
No, the products found on the employee store cannot be customized and are only available as shown.

Can I redeem gift certificates, gift cards or vouchers?
No, the price listed includes the employee discount. At this time milestone vouchers and gift cards are not being accepted on the site.

How often will this site be available?
This site will be available periodically and you will be notified via email when and for how long the site is available.

What does it mean if I get a denied error?
You are not currently able to order form this site. We apologize for any inconvenience.

Who can order from the John Deere Employee Site?
Current US John Deere employees/contingents with a RACF ID that can be verified through Okta. This site and its featured products are designed special for you, the employee! The unique assortment of items are employee exclusives. They can be used to help managers recognize and welcome new employees. They can also be purchased for personal use as you show your pride in the John Deere brand.

What is the return policy?
We can only allow returns if the return is a result of our error or the item was damaged in transit. Please contact Customer Service via phone at 1-800-537-8233 to process a return.

How to Return a John Deere Store Item

Verify that your item(s) meet our Return Policy.

Request a Return Authorization Number by contacting Customer Service at 1-800-537-8233 to request a return authorization number.

Hours: Monday through Friday, 8:00am-7:00pm ET.

Securely package the item(s) for return.

Write the Return Authorization Number on the outside of the package.
